Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• At Mabelle Lashes NYC, your appointment is a customized experience reserved just for you.

• A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking. You may pay via Square, Venmo, or Zelle.

• Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

• If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, 30% of the deposit will be retained.

• Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in a full charge for the service.

• We will send a confirmation reminder 24 hours prior via SMS or email.

• If you arrive late, the full service will still be charged, even if time is insufficient for the full treatment.

Refill Policy

• For best results and consistency, Mabelle Lashes NYC does not offer refills on lash extensions done at other salons.

• If you are transferring from another salon, we recommend starting with a full removal and a brand-new set.

• Lash removal is a separate service and will incur an additional fee.
